Welcome vouchers are offered exclusively to first-time subscribers of ARTISTE DOUE SDN. BHD.’s newsletter. These vouchers are valid only for purchases made on www.geargrid.site.

– Each voucher code can be used for up to three (3) transactions, unless otherwise stated.
– Enjoy RM5 OFF with a minimum spend of RM60 per transaction.
– Vouchers must be applied during checkout or on the cart page.
– Not applicable to promotional or discounted items, nor can it be used to offset shipping charges unless stated.
– Expired vouchers will not be honored. Ensure you check validity periods.

2. Purchase With Purchase (PWP)

PWP offers apply only to selected products as stated in relevant promotional banners.

– Eligibility requires meeting a minimum spend threshold after all vouchers are applied.
– PWP products are non-refundable once purchased.
– If received damaged, offline exchanges may be allowed under the Return & Exchange Policy.
– Valid only during the respective promotion period.
– We reserve the right to modify or cancel any PWP promotions at our discretion without notice.

3. Gift With Purchase (GWP)

GWP promotions are limited to selected items as specified in promotional materials.

– Limited to one free gift per order.
– Eligibility is based on minimum basket value after vouchers are applied.
– Gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
– Gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
– No exchanges or refunds for damaged GWP items.

4. Online Vouchers

These vouchers are valid only for purchases made on www.hardwarecrate.shop.

– Vouchers are limited to one transaction each unless otherwise stated.
– Must be entered at checkout or on the cart page.
– Not valid for promotions, discounted products, or shipping fees unless noted.
– Customers are responsible for tracking voucher expiry dates.
– Validity is confined to the respective promotion period.
– Orders flagged as suspicious may be cancelled.

5. Purchases Made Using Vouchers

Products bought using vouchers are subject to case-by-case review for refunds or exchanges. Approved refunds will be adjusted based on the voucher amount used. Shipping and voucher values are non-refundable.
